NMIXX is gearing up for their next comeback, and the first thing to arrive was the visual content.
The group released the trailer for their sixth EP, “Strange Muse,” on September 28, followed by new concept photos over the next two days.

"Strange Muse" arrives on October 19, 2026 at 6 p.m. KST.
That’s 4 a.m. in Lima and 6 a.m. in Brasília — early, but still on the same day.
The trailer focuses on close-ups rather than choreography: still faces, flowers, a glow on the skin, and a single point of light in the darkness.

There’s no chorus or big final burst. Instead, the video focuses on creating an atmosphere and ends there.

The concept photos arrived in two versions: Muse on September 29 and Strange on September 30.

The split follows the album’s title, presenting it as two sides before we even hear a single note.
On Reddit, NSWERs have highlighted the trailer’s dreamy aesthetic and their excitement for the upcoming unit tracks.
Fan theories about the visuals and music have also started circulating. For now, these are fan interpretations rather than confirmed information.
The order of the teasers is part of the presentation. The trailer came first, followed by the two concept versions on consecutive days, introducing the album as a duality from the very beginning.
The focus on close-ups also puts the weight of the first impression on the visual direction, without relying on choreography or a music snippet as a preview.
For fans in South America, the release time also means an early start. 6 p.m. in Korea corresponds to 4 a.m. in Lima and 6 a.m. in Brasília, so anyone who wants to hear the album from the first minute will have to get up early.
Meanwhile, fan theories will likely continue to grow as more teasers arrive. For now, what’s confirmed is the release date, the two-version concept, and the material revealed so far.
NEXT — Release day is October 19 at 6 p.m. KST. More teasers are expected before then.
